Rules Forum

Is there a team of Rules Moderators? It seems that the rules area is a place where people discuss rules questions, but no "legitimized" Moderator.

Moderator as far as?… If you mean is there an official moderator that gives answers to questions on this forum with the conviction of being an actual FFG ruling, then no.

FFG does not post rulings on any of their rules fora. This is what the "rules question" link at the bottom of the page is for. This forum (and others for other games) has the simple purpose of being a place of debate and discussion allowing more experienced (or in this game, mostly people better at interpreting the rules) to at least try to answer questions on certain situations and how they would play out.

FFG does not post on thier forums

Sorry, these ain't the PC forums ;-) (I'm red_5ccg over there) That said, for most of the questions that come up we end up with a pretty good consensus. And really for the handful that we don't agree on, we agree that the rules aren't actually clear and that it will need to be addressed in the FAQ. For now, submitting rules questions to the official link on the bottom will just get you a response saying that they're collecting questions to answer in the FAQ which should be out Soon. After that comes out though, it will get you your "official" response to questions if you're not happy with the answers from the forums.

I just hope that the game does not get bogged down like the PC version of Decipher's SW game did (or does). Rules Nazis are reasons a lot of people faded out of that game.

Just let the game play and FFG be the rules, everyone else don't make this difficult and goe by what the rules (FAQs) say.
