There needs to be a revision for the 17 pounder and the dual 88mm and especially the 128, 155, and 173mms; to wit, all the new big SSU guns have the 'Tank Killer' abiility, making them markedly superior to the other big guns in the game. I propose that all the aforementioned guns also receive the 'Tank Killer' ability, putting them on par, otherwise the new Sov stuff merely mops up the biggest German and American walkers without problem. I mean, the IS48 is an Armor 7 vehicle with Damage Resiliant to boot! For 85 points.

Tank Killer is, honestly, only a marginal benefit. Rolling Blanks on the Vehicle Damage Table is good, don't get me wrong, but its hardly on par with Penetrator, for instance. In the end, it is what helps the SSU deal with armor, since they have precious few units that can do it at range compared to the Axis and Allies, who have it covered pretty well across all their units.
