I am freaking sad taht they kill this game. Now, before it's to late, I have to get ALL the xpacs and characters. Anyone knows where to get good deals on TH stuff on the net?

In the US try FRP Games, or Cool Stuff Inc, otherwise look at Ebay and the BGG Market.
As for the rest of the world, I'm not sure.
Miniature Market has them all on clearance at the moment. $6 for most figs, $9 for the expensive ones, and $12 for the map expansions.
