Hello this may have already been answered but does resource match affect 0 cost cards. Cos yes I don't pay a resource, but does it require me to have the ability to produce a resource that matches that faction, regardless of if that type is focused or not?

This is answered right in the rulebook on page 16

Cards with a resource cost
of “0” do not require a
resource match to play.
