I'm a bit confused about the Red Pox disease. Can someone clarify for me what this means?

"Each Virulent symptom acts as a copy of each other symptom the target suffers from"

I know how to work disease, I know about symptoms - but this sorta breaks my brain.

It seems like it doubles up the disease. So if you've got one other symptom (e.g. malaise), you effectively have a "bonus" virulent stacked on top of the malaise. Could be tracked with a post it note or counter.
