When you draw the Red Event card Guardians of Doom, l am assuming l can use Before Combat against it & if l win that battle against it l then draw another Red card which is a Challenge card.
My question is can l use Before Combat again against the Red Challenge as l used it against the Event earlier.

If it is a Before Combat Special Ability and you still comply with the requirements, yes you can.
If you used an Object that's activated Before Combat (e.g. Touch of Death), it stays face down until your next Refresh Phase. You have to defeat the Red Challenge without it.
