Power armour 8/10 AP

So I may just be very stupid/blind but why does Power Armour have 8/10 for the AP. I can't see it anywhere in the book.

What goes on the sheet for this value for Power Armour?

"Ceramite Plating: Provides AP 10 to the Body and AP 8 to all other Locations."
