Does anyone know where you can buy additional dice or do I need to get another starter?

currently the only way to get more dice is to get more starters.

You could try e-mailing FFG's replacement parts, but i wouldn't hold my breath.

I was wondering about this myself. I know you can always re-roll the same dice, but when some of the figures have 3 of a given die type; and the starter set comes with 2 of each...
