here another questions: Having both talents "Wall of Steel" and "Step Aside" do they add up to 2 reactions with me choosing to use 2 times dodge/parry (max) or alternatively choosing to use dodge and parry each in a round?

With Wall of Steel and Step Aside you have 3 Reactions. One can only be used to Parry, one can only be used to Dodge, and the last one is free for you to use either way (or to make attacks with Servo arms and the like).

A character's normal reaction = 1 dodge or parry

Wall of Steel adds +1 parry only reaction

Step Aside adds +1 dodge only reaction
