Hello all, I just played my first game of x-wing, and I have to say that it is a load of fun. I play a lot of miniature games and I have to say this is a very good game. It's a light game that provides an ability to plan your tactics and maneuvers while keeping game play fast and fun. The box set is a good purchase and comes with everything you need to play. This game is fun, fast, and is simple to learn. I am in no way disappointed with this game. I've started building my rebal squadrons and I'm eagerly waiting for the empire's tie interceptor to be released. This game is a must for any star wars fan, and I hope that fantasy flight decideds to develop a game like this that involves star destroyers and battle cruisers. I almost forgot, the miniatures look great and add a certain beauty to the game. If I may suggest that fantasy flight make asteroid models, this would add to the esthetics to the battlefield.
