Looks like the core game will be available at Target when it finally gets here.
Someone at BGG posted a picture of a shelf tag at his local Target, I went to mine and found the same thing.

Not the first place I'd look for a game like this, but I'll take it.
I pointed out on BGG that Target has them listed online as well. Not yet in stock anywhere (as I thought)
