Is it possible attach Hero in to the Team (Observers, for example)? Dont see any interdicts but Team is only two mens unit

Sure you can, a team is still a unit, best place to put Angela.

Angela+sniper team=win!

Im use Bazooka + Spotters, with Combat Platoon = Long Tom fire for free order and forget about distance of ComSec
