So, Chapter 2 doesn't seem to include attack/defensive patterns for the Codex Chapters, nor does it say whcih of the Demanours on page 100 that you should use for each of the Codex Successor Chapters.
Other than that, AWESOME book.

First Founding added extra squad patterns for five original chapters. It does seems odd that there are four who only have their original set.
