Hey everybody i am trying to make a penitent regiment and cannot for the life of me find a description mechanical or otherwise of what purity seals do in the book. Thanks for any assistance.

As far as I can tell, theres nothing in the book on them. Mentioned it in the proofreading section for the armoury chapter. Past that, not sure what else there is to say. They're worth 8 points, which is a good bit. As valuable as photo-visors, which are remarakably useful.

They are quite expensive, so I'd give them a mechanical bonus of some sort, perhaps a bonus on willpower tests against psychic and daemonic powers and counting their weapons as "blessed" for the purpose of ignoring the critical immunity from the "Stuff of Nightmares" trait?
