Quick clarification.

on pg. 114 under Regimental logistics it reads, "Any equipment"…"apart from the standard kit falls under the umbrella of logistics. This includes gear issued to specialists as well as mission specific gear…."

is that saying that personal gear issued to specialists has a chance to be delivered incorrectly by the same rules as mission specific gear is subject to?

If it's reissued from the Munitorum (let's say the PC's lose their lascannon, and need a new one), I'd say yes, but don't bog down the game overly much with it; if the PC's don't need a new one, than they don't need to see if the Munitorum messes up their order.

I'd consider the mission specific gear the same way; if the PC's commanding officer already has a crate of grenades for the mission, the Munitorum can't mess up and send him parade uniforms instead, so the PC's get them without having to check.
