Necromancy key work

By outlawarmy, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Hello all

I have a question about the Necromancy unit.

In the card: You may play this card from your discard pile. If you do, put it on the bottom of your deck at the end of the turn.)

But in the rule paper, there is a new word "in play", if the unit is still in play, put it on the bottom of your deck at the end of the trun.

So which one is correct?

The Golden Rule still works?

If the rules text of a card contradicts the text of this rulebook, the rules on the card take precedence.

Thanks

There is no contradiction. When you play a card with Necromancy from your discard pile, it creates a constant effect - you have to put the card on the bottom of your deck at the end of your turn. This only applies if the card is still in play by that time though (see the FAQ: "Unless otherwise noted, constant effects only apply to cards in play."). So if the unit isn't in play anymore by the end of your turn, you do not put it on the bottom of your deck.

clear now

Thank you

When Necromancy can be used? Only when capital phase is ongoing? Or I can use necromancy at the beginning of battlefield phase?
