Do units that deploy already transported count as already having been activated?
For instance, can i do the following?
Deploy Fireball with Grim Reapers already on board. Because of Fireball's "Scout" ability, I move him 4 spaces. On the next turn, I disembark the Grim Reapers, moving them up the field another 4 spaces. Now it's the end of Round 1, and I already have a unit 8 spaces across the board (pretty much to the other end of the board in a 9x9 map.)
With a lucky roll from a command squad, you could win a "get your troops to the other side of the map" scenario in round 1.
Am I doing this correctly, or am I missing something? I just got the heavy walkers and haven't gotten a chance to play them yet.

Yeah, that seems to be about right.

They haven't been doing a good job on considering how new units interact with established scenarios. The Soviets are guaranteed a win in several scenarios with the new rules just released without even needing a command squad.
