Very nice indeed!

Do you have a long shot of the game so that we can see how it looks together?

What is the Lord of Darkness figure? Something from D & D minis?

More!!!

Thanks =)

I love to take/upload more pictures, but I have to wait for someone with a decent camera visiting. My poor iPhone takes to blurry pictures.

The Lord of Darkness is a repainted D&D Warforged Hero

Pretty nice! Look forward to a wide angle shot.

That are some cool pictures.

A massive eagle king and that lord of darkness figure.... wow!

aplauso.gif thanks for sharing with us

Amazing work! =) I love the feel of the ''upgraded'' board.

Thank you everyone for the kind words.

The height differences helps the feel of being up in the highlands, the middle region, or down in the dungeon, but as always it makes it difficult to see cards, text and figures on the far side of the middle region. At least it helps new players to clearly see where the entrances to the expansion regions are.

I'm doing some work on the dungeon part right now. When I have given it some color I'll try to take a wide shot or two of the whole game, perhaps my phone will give okay pictures when it's not down on detail level.

I'm happy that I found the Eagle King I'm using, will upload better picture of him later. Downside is that it's so much bigger than Lord of Darkness, and looks like a far more dangerous threat than him. Might try to give Lord of Darkness some level with a pile of skulls or gold to stand on.

Here are some new pictures of the game. Including an overview.

Sorry about the low iPhone-quality of the pictures.

Looks great!

Very creative!

Nice to see how others play this game aplauso.gif

After seeing these photo's, i came to the conclusion that i wanted to replace my reaper figure too lengua.gif

I have bought a professional painted cairn wraith that will replace the Reaper figure,

I have also bought a werewolf figure for the upcoming Blood Moon expansion gran_risa.gif

Can't wait to see how it will look on the board

Glad to be able to inspire =)

Post a pic of the figures you have in mind, might follow your lead. Although I find nothing wrong with the official reaper.

Very nice! I love that you are using the Highland base for card storage too!

My new Blood Moon Werewolf for Talisman

That is a BIG bad wolf =)

Dices for my Talisman (blurry pictures).

We're using the ordinary Talisman dices, a 8 sided death-dice for the reaper and introducing the black 6 sided dice (might make it into a 8-sided later).

We skip rules for reaper and werewolf moves on "1" and ice queen on special cards, and toad king when spells are cast, and use the black dice at the end of each players turn instead, thus randomly activate them.
All events from main deck have their own deck (all other events are shuffled as usual)
The player after the player who activates reaper and werewolf control their movement at the start of their turn, thus not letting the "victim" control were they go.

In short. Each player roll the black dice at the very end of his/her turn and might encounter a event or a character (which may be moved my the next player).
Black dice is not rolled at the end of the turn of players who are in the inner region.

TalismanDices.jpg

Death dice has 0-6 and a skull.
0 = Reaper encounters every character on his space.
1-6 = Reaper moves
Skull = Reaper teleports to it's victim.

Black dice has Skull, Toadstool, Snowflake, Moon, exclamation mark and blank.
Skull = Next player rolls for reapers movement
Toadstool = Toad king moves
Snowflake = Ice Queen teleports to the player
Moon = Next player moves werewolf
Exclamation mark = Player draw a event card (and changes day/night)
Blank = Nothing happens (might add dragon scales here)

Crown
Replaces the cardboard crown.

It's indeed big, but your eagle king is bigger lengua.gif

My new painted Reaper miniature has arrived today! corazon.gif

It sure looks more stalking than the original Reaper. Is the base flocked?

And big too, but not as big as my Eagle king =P

He is standing on some stones indeed, with a little ground included. happy.gif

The Reaper is not so big. he is a little higher than the normal characters.

It's a small miniature

My second werewolf has arrived today, and this one has a smaller size.

I am not 100% satisfied, but i think he is oke.

I can''t find a better one anyway.

This one is pre painted too :)

Draii, you have made your game so freaking awsome big ups. FFG should hire you good sir as a designer for talisman. happy.gif

Thanks. I'm honored =)
really looking forward to the next corner expanison, so I can build another leveled piece =)

Finally got my copy of Blood Moon.
The Sun/moon has got a place of honor "hovering" above the dice-tower.
We use it as the day/night card, but has this bigger card-token instead, visibly for all players to see.

I did som quick "blur" on the background to easily focus on the game.

That sun/moon is a good idea! I never thought the card really was the best method for that mechanic. What miniature did you use for your Eagle King?
