Can someone with Swift Attack use it to grapple (twice)?

Negative, page 246 says,

"Attempting a Grapple is a melee attack that uses either a Charge Action or a Standard Attack Action." [sic]

Hi:

But isn't the Swift Attack Talent just two melee attacks in one action?

I'm confused.

Swift Attack is done using the Multiple Attack action. p.241

When I axed FFG they answered that " Yes, you can do multi-grapples with Swift Attack".
