So I have First Founding chapters.

Those first founding chapters got a lot love (who'd of thought), but it doesn't say anything about successors. Am i to assume successors got enough with an extra talant in RoB, or can direct successors share the love?

Obviously Tyranic war vet is specific to the Ultra Marines (or are the relief chapters in the First Tyranic war allowed them too?) and the Space Wolves don't have any successors (unless Wolf Brothers are still an option) but I'm fairly sure Flesh Tearers have mostly the same set up as the Blood Angels, for instance, so shouldn't they have Sanguinary Priests?

I ask because I'm starting a game soon, I'm not going to be too uptight about the whole thing but I'd rather people felt like they could pick from any chapter without being left in the dust by a first founding chapter. I mean going by the numbers any given chapter is only going to make up 0.1% of the Deathwatch and even if those chapters give a 10 times more battle brothers to DW than other chapters thats only %1 (lets assume some chapters don't give any before the real maths starts).

Also, where the First Founding has a totally new alt rank for an existing distiction, such as Deathwing and Tyranic war vets, does that render the previous distinction obsolete?

Plus you have Nid Veteran as a Chapter Past. Yeah, it's a bit odd.
