Spites have a small amount of detail in the Creature guide. I recommend referencing the spite types from WFB Wood Elves supplement and having your players dread the little pests. Spites can be encountered as individuals, small groups or swarms. Statistics for individuals are in the Creature Guide. For swarms, use the Bat or Insect swarm statistics.

The Wood Elves supplement covers various sub-types of Spites. I recommend adding the following condition effects to any attack by a spite (on 2 boons). Swarms automatically cause the condition as long as they are engaged with the opponent.

Common Spite - exposed
Terror Spite - terror
Mischief Spite - perplexed
Malevolent Spite - sluggish
Netling Spite - entangled
Luminescent Spite - blindness
Despair Spite - cowed and rattled
Shrike Spite (red caps) - demoralized
Radiant Shrike - Opponent gains 1 purple to curry favor or channel power

Thanks for the good ideas Jay. I used some WFB spin to elaborate on WFRP3 spite info when I had a single spite show up as a companion to a Spellsinger from Athel Loren and plan to have a 'swarm' show up in near future in an 'awakened rogue wood'. Your suggestions will be handy.
