Do the effects of my Rank 3 UM (Favored Son Solo Mode - p218) stack? For example, could I use +1 to cohesion, a Rank1 effect, then also use his Rank 3 effect to automatically pass a Command Test?

If it read +1 to cohesion at Rank 1, then +2 to cohesion at Rank 3, those would (most likely) not stack, as the Rank 3 bonus would superscede the Rank 1 benefit unless it said soemthing to the effect of "provides a further +2 to the team's cohesion."
