Traps and such!

I'm going to leave some nasty things for my players to randomly blunder into, so it's reasonable for me to allow them to perform the same such actions. Here's a combat use for trap laying...

Action:

Watch your step!

6 recharge

1 challange difficulty

Must perform the prepare maneuver

Must be out of sight of opponent, must not be engaged. This action can be activated when an enemy moves between one range increment and another, at which point they are attacked for the damage below and the action recharges.

Opposed nature lore OR skullduggery vs. Observation.

Success:The opponent is struck for int+5 damage

2xSuccess: As above and the target is struck for two fatigue

1 boon: +1 critical.

2 boon:The target suffers the entangled condition for 2 rounds

SC:An additional enemy suffers one of the effects rolled above.

Bane:suffers one stress

CS:One of your allies blunders into your trap! your ally suffers the entangled condition for two rounds and you suffer one stress
