Starting this soon and I wanted to ask, if anyone had played it yet - did you have the Noble favour tracking sheets out as common knowledge, or did you keep them secret?

Presumably you kept the Agenda Tracker secret?

We have our own wiki page where I just put the names of the houses and a number next to them. So players who spent extra time found out that there was something moving behind the scene of play as I did not reveal the sheets before one of them reached "the accepted" status. After that I gave them all to them to consider. I think it worked well because I did not force them to choose sides from the start but made sure that actions they took in Ubersreik did actually matter.
