A couple of questions from a newbie.

1. Attacks, im alittle unsure here, with furious assault talent and two chainswords, is it correct if i assume i have 3 Attacks in melee? (1 for each chainsword, and 1 for furious assault).

2. Wargear, is there anyway you can lock/keep weapons/armor? (for example, ive gotten a strong bond with my assault cannon i named Bethy, she have saved my life coutless times and never jammed, but when i return home the quater master pokes me on the sholder and says SHE IS MINE!!! RETURN HER TO MEEE!) :(

1. No, you'll have 1 or 2 attacks. To attack with both chainswords, you'd have to use the Multiple Attacks action (page 241). Furious Assault requires you to use the All Out Attack action (page 237). All Out Attack is a single melee attack with a +20 bonus that prevents you from using your Reaction to Dodge or Parry until your next turn. Furious Assault lets you use that Reaction to make a second attack at the same bonus/penalty as the original attack roll if that first swing hits.

2. You get standard gear to start the game, which you keep. Stuff that you requisition can also be kept by taking the Signature Wargear Talents; basically, you won't have to requisition it for every mission. An Assault Cannon that hasn't jammed is a piece of wargear to be treasured since having it jam on a mission can be lethal with the loss of ammo and need to be reloaded. Though I'm a little surprised that you're new yet already running around in Terminator Armor.

Got another question tho.

I got Lightning Attack trait, together with two weapon wielder. Now, how many attacks do i have if i make a full action attack?, i count 5, 3 from Lightning Attack, and 2 from two weapon wielder. Am i correct?, i personally think the melee attack system is hard to figure out.

That depends on which version of Two Weapon Wielder you have along with what weapons you are using. I'll assume you've got TWW: Melee and are using two melee weapons with the Multiple Attacks action.

Lightning Attack only applies to attacks with melee weapons. Suppose you've got 2 Chainswords. Lightning Attack will apply to one of those Chainswords, so you could make 3 melee attacks with it at no penalty. As per the rules for using two weapons on page 246 (and the description of Lightning Attack on page 121), you can make one extra attack with the weapon in your other hand, but doing so will mean that all 4 attacks will suffer a -10 penalty.
