As the title says, just a few questions;
1) Is All Out Attack a single attack or does it count as a Full Action for the purposes of Swift and Lightning Attacks? Would you be able to forfeit your reaction and get +20 WS with All Out Attack and be able to attack twice or three times with that bonus?
2) When using Thunder Charge, are the initial Unarmed attacks given the Charge bonus?

Remember you do not "forfeit" your reaction, you simply cannot block or dodge. But you could use a servo arm to attack.

An All-Out attack is its own Full Action. Using Lightning Attack, etc. is also a FUll Action, thus you can do only one or the other, not both. The only thing that you can use with All-Out Attack is the Furious Assault talent.

Mostly, Preternatural Speed turns a full attack action (swift/lightning attack) into a half action. It also allows those attacks as part of a charge. That on top of Thunder Charge makes plowing into just about any enemy; horde or otherwise, a pretty devastating tactic.

Add to add to being explicit (sometimes the rules need it) when using Preternatural Speed it only turns Swift and/or Lightning Attack into half actions. It does not allow you to turn other full round actions into half actions. You cannot use an All Out Attack with Preternatural Speed and Lightning Attack, as an All Out Attack is still a full action in and of itself.
You can also employ certain other talents as part of an all out attack action in addition to Furious Assault: Killing Strike and Hammer Blow. Note that neither of those two provide additional attacks, and really just modify the properties of the attack you end up making. Based on the wording, Hammer Blow would not be able to be combined with Furious Assault, however Killing Strike would be.
