What's in the "package" from A Day Late/Shilling short? ( leading to Eye for an Eye)

By Blustar, in WFRP Gamemasters

I have almost all the products for WFRP but don't have time to read the mall right now. I think it would be fun to link the Skaven adventure ( edge of night) with Eye for an Eye and maybe Gathering storm. I think thats about as much as I can chew off right now. I've read a lot of threads that have different ideas about linking the adventures but not detailed enough for me. ( I'm probably missing things too)

Anyways, I started our first session with creating PC's and then we only had time for half of A Day Late, so they don't know what's in the package yet. Should I havea noble from the "Edge of Night" be the package sender? And warning a PC about the manor or will that make it too obvious that there is a cult there. Who was the package from and what was in it?

After Eye for an Eye should I skip Gathering Storm and head straight for the Edge of Night?

thanks for any insight. . .

My plot to link a Day Late with Eye for an Eye:

The package in a Day Late is replaced by Schafenburg's (sp?) luggage, being delivered to the Red Moon Inn to be picked up by his manservant (can't recall his name here at work). His quest takes the place of the Elven Envoy. He overhears the Road Warden talking to the players at the Inn and pipes in offering coin if they can bring the luggage back safely, if they manage to find the coach (he does not go out with them).

Once the players bring him the luggage he offers them the job that leads to Eye for an Eye.

Also, the merchant that is in the coach was replaced by a simpler merchant that only deals in food goods that is being transported for sale. So his belongings and the luggage don't quite match up.

Brilliant.
