I have tried to find an answer for this, but the forum search is clunky, so I didn't get any results.

The corebook says that "you may add a bonus to your focus power test equal to 5 times the psy rating used for the power. A focus power of 91-100 always fails" (page 185). This, however, comes after they speak of opposed willpower tests derived from powers. My questions are:

Is the bonus to the focus power test applied in all cases, or only in those that involve opposed willpower tests? Is the 91-100 auto-failure applied to all tests, or simply to opposed tests?
