Wow, that is a.... funky... colour scheme.
FJ in Italy project [JagdLuthers] (9-13-12)
It looks much less 'rainbowbrite' in person. Think I'll do the KonigsLuther in darker tones like the other FJ armor.
Can anything be to awesome? I love the knocked about look without all that rust which seems to be common on models. Vehicles would not have time to get rusty they'ed get destroyed before that happens.
The KonigsLuther.
Whis **** is scary even unpainted, but now... Mother of god...
Very cool. I'd just add some chipping to the decals, they look too pristine for such a beat-up tank.
Very, very cool. Amazing cammo, I love it!
Just checking out this thread for the first time, Love your stuff could you tell me how you do your chipped paint effect love it!
Agreed. Very nicely painted konigs there!!
Nice that you painted it in late war german camo. Was wondering how it would like it. Looks very nice!!
Also love that you''re using historical background for your army. Can''t wait to paint mine
If you like the big ones here''s another. oh and the chipping is done by dipping a bit of spong in grey paint, dabbing off the excess and then tapping it onto the hull.
Great job it''s amazing
Guildman where are you getting the lenses from? I saw a website that sold them but no i cannot find it again.
Thanks
Mick
Oh forgot to mention that new stuff ROCKS !!!!!!!!!
Mgentile7, what lenses? The IR ones? they're from the medium axis walkers and just painted.

Oh ok, cause I saw some online and cannot remember the website and i didn't bookmark it either. Well thanks again.
Mgentile7, Company B has some german WWII IR illuminators and scopes in 1/48. I have some on order.
Decided to add a couple Ludwigs to the FJ. Here is the first of em. For the second I'll use Dust Model's 'Sigrid's Nachtjager'. Sorry bout the white tiles in the pics, wife banned 'junk' from the counters.
That walkers commander figure looks great. The paint job has alot of detail.

The only walkers i see dropped from giant shells in the comics are the Kv-47s. I also have an '88', quad 2cm gun, a Bf 110 and Hs 129 for anti armor. Might also include a Pak 40. Its not really a balanced army anyway, more interested in a 'fluffy' army.
I can appreciate the fluffy army, I am working on my quad 2cm right now and waiting for my 3cm AA, 88 and pack 40 to arrive. Here is my latest fluffy additions:
Mgentile7, the Company B IRs are on that last Ludwig i posted. Your 234s look great, ive got 3 on the shelf just waiting for some aftermarket parts. The AA gun is great and I will have to steal that from you. I have a quad 20mm but mounted it on a traincar. Keep knocking em out!

Thanks man. Your last pics were great I love the command figure. I really like the DT walkers but still love the additions of the regular stuff. Let me know what after market parts you picked up. Im waiting for some jeep parts to do some SAS type conversions.
I know you do a lot of highlighting like I do and I did picked up a nice airbrush set to do the green/brown camo scheme. Im enjoying using it more and more. Anyway got some British SAS guys on the table that need finishing so Im back at it. Looking forward to seeing your next creations.
For some more lenses look up AK Interactive they carry a line of lenses that are sized in mm
