Basically, being a Blood Angel is a strong choice, and Librarian too, so it's quite safe here. Plus it's cool.

BA Librarian is one of the most powerful combos, rest assured. The real advantage of a strong combo like that is that you can very well afford to spend xp on non-combat stuff as you progress and you'll still be able to keep up with the guys. Don't forget to pickup some Lores on the way, you are a keeper of knowledge.

BA are highly mobile expert melee fighters (the best melee chapter so far) and Librarians are very versatile. Codex powers - yeah, pick what you like. One of my next picks might be Possibility Shield. Or, after RoB, Machine Curse (would come in handy now). So far I have used Avenger both for anti-infantry and anti-tank.
