Do you have the rulebook in a language you can read? (sorry I have no idea where you are from.) Thats the place to start. The rulebook details which advance tables each specialty has available to choose from and which skills are available at which ranks. Check pages 56-90 for those tables and how to use them. I'm sure tons of people would love to help you in a face to face environment, if you don't have a book. Although I doubt FFG guys will like it that much if we start putting out their whole ruleset on public forums...
ok thanks i just couldnt find anything when i was flipping through the book i just started with rpg and its new to me thank you for your help
In my opinion, Deathwatch is not the best RPG to start roleplaying. Could be very confusing from the ammount of rules.
Also the rulebook itself does not have many cross-references. I found it hard to get all the rules for a specific situation together, since exceptions and differnt uses of a game mechanic or a skill might be spread over different chapters. To really play according to the rules, for some aspects you have to look at many different chapters in the rulebook.
As a newby for roleplaying I advice you to read the rulebook from front to back one time, skipping only most of the specifics, like specific weapons, skills, etc. and the fluff-sections.
