When the heroes have an encounter, do you reshuffle the encounter card into the encounter deck if the heroes flee the area? If they defeat the encounter boss, do you place the encounter card back in the encounter deck, or the graveyard? Thank you for your assistance. Leo J Paul

The way we play it, we take out all cards used in order to cycle the deck as to not get the same dungeon or encounter every draw. There is nothing in the rules that says to do it this way, or to reshuffle. This way just made more sense to our group.
