If the Overlord uses Dark Charm on an adventurer who has a guard order, and forces that adventurer to attack another, does the attacking adventurer lose their guard token? I realize the adventurer being attacked would if they take any wounds.

No, the attacker wouldn´t lose his guard order (unless of course the OL forces him to attack himself and he takes wounds).

The hero would not lose his Guard order, as Parathion said. If he was worried about being self-attacked, though, he could always choose to use his guard order to interrupt the DC attack. He may not have an ideal target, but perhaps anything is better than nothing. This would not, of course, stop the DC attack from happening, only ensure the guard did something first.
