Into the Jaws of Hell Talent

Does it apply to Player Characters if the Squad Leader has it? Does it negate Cohesion Damage from Fear?

I know Iron Discipline definitely applies, but as worded this seems to only effect 'followers' which can be interpreted as just Minions or NPC's. The Errata doesn't have any special mention of this as well.

If a character is a leader, their followers get the benefits of Iron Discipline. So logically this would apply to marines following a squad leader. The squad leader would be the only marine who needed to make fear tests. If all the killteam are in solo mode, he is still the leader and they keep the immunity to fear (same as in Dark Heresy or Rogue Trader). If all the killteam are in squad mode, he still needs to make the check for the team's cohesion.

As for minions or NPCs, if they are following the character's orders and being led by him in combat, then they should count as being effected by the talent.

Another quick question. I believe I have been doing Armor and Toughness subtraction wrong for my games.

When you get hit from multiple Degree's of Success with say a Full Auto Burst is the damage reduced by Armor for each hit and Toughness at the end...

Example: Armor is 10, thus 20 - 10, 25 -10, 18 - 10 = 31 then Toughness 8 means 31 - 8 = 23

Or for every individual hit BOTH are subtracted?

But there are some talents that can let you attack where Toughness only subtracts once (Dual Shot and Dual Strike are those that come to mind).

Yes.

Unless specifically stated otherwise.
