Anyone knows what the talent Hot shot pilot does?

Is it a misstake of some sort or have i missed somthing?

I believe its a talent used mainly in Rogue Trader. Where do you see it exactly? Do note that not all of the talents in the talent list are accessible to players.

As per the Errata:

Hot Shot Pilot (page 109): In Table 4-1: Talents, the Hot
Shot Pilot Talent entry in the table should be removed.

A hotshot pilot treats all pilot skills as basic skills and gets +10 to the pilot skills he already knows.

Nope, the talent has been culled from Deathwatch as per errata. You can house rule it though.
