The talent Into the Jaws of Hell states it makes your followers immune to fear. It seems to imply it doesn't make YOU immune. Is it right? Also, does it make immune your KT mates if you are the KT leader?

My guess is you must be able to shrug off the fear for yourself first before you can encourage others to ignore it. This means you will need a high WP or fear-dampening talents to pass their effects to your brothers.
