1) correct my if i am wrong, but to make sure that nothing changed since last i heard you can only run one copy of any and each promo in a deck?
2) has there been any information on how to get the new sora promo (the one holding the flag and gets a massive boost)?

1) Yes, One Promo limit.
2) No, so far the Sora lvl 2 promo (or more commonly known as Flag Sora) is still currently unavaible unless you trade with someone who has one....
do you really have to stand up and do the little dance thing for tigger's effect to activate?
