Hi. We're a group of (quite) veteran AGoT players. Previously we have been playing the game (either with 5 or 6 players) with the basic box and all the extras from Clash of Kings. Now we got Storm of Swords as well and I was wondering which rules to incorporate to our basic board (+ACoK) games from the new expansion? The aim is to keep the five and six player games similar with their rules. Is there such a thing as a default ruleset when owning all the expansions? It would be even more awesome if the four player game would be as close as possible when comparing the rules to the five and six player games.

Which house card set to use? And are the big differences between the decks? (I don't have the box here so I can't compare).

At least it seems that ACoK unique one time orders and ASoS leaders are not compatible. Which ones to use?
