Rotstier Cider - item card

What do you guys think of this? It's corny (of course) but Warhammerish enough don't you think? My players are going to visit the said monastery during next session after which I hope I'll have a one-sheet to publish.

edit: I hate this forum software so much... Right click > open picture in new window should do the trick here.

I think it depends on what the reality of the convent is. If the nun's are pounding this stuff back they'd all be corrupt to the core. If this wine is relatively rare even to them, then it's not to shabby. Where I don't think it balances out is if the convent is normal, the wine is common but only the players risk getting corruption from it.

Perhaps you need to make some distinction on quantity, maybe a tracker. Every time they drink some wine they make a roll. Each time they get a chaos star it shifts them one space up on a tracker. When they get to 5 or 10 then they gain a point of corruption. Another, perhaps simple way would be 1 drink (not bottle, but drink) a day is save. Anymore then that though you risk corruption. That would create a concept of temperance which is a fairly neat way to handle the sway of the chaos powers.

Make it more interesting for rolling:

version a: 2G, 1 P (potent but takes a while to effect)

version b: 2R, 1P (crappy but potent)

for my semi-cursed items i use red dice b/c it inflicts fatigue :)
