[Question] Price of Victory

By Asajev, in Deathwatch Rules Questions

I have a quick question what can I take with the Price of Victory? It say best quality implants so could some one give me a list of what is valid since as far as I can tell we have no real level of implants in the game and as a second question do Psyber Familiars count as an Implant?

Anything that is replacing a part of your person. It quite clearly states 'cybernetic implants." and that "This may not be a Servo Arm, Servo Harness, MIU, or Auger Array." These aren't vital parts to your continued service to the emperor.

You wanted a list? from the main book: Bionic Arm, heart, locomotion, resperatory system, and senses. from RoB just the cybernetic hand.

They have errattad the 'best quality' to Master Crafted

No the Psyber-familiar raven isn't an implant. it is it's own type of equipment in line with servitors more than anything else. They are under their own heading on the gear list.

Is it a good idea to take price of victory?

Master-Crafted Implants seem really good for a beginning player

Also, is there any extra bonus for master-crafted inmplants after the bonus for exceptional implants?

As far as a good idea or not, I'm gonna let you judge. it does cost a permanent fate point...

the difference between exceptional and master craft is purely cosmetic/fluff. but still cool.
