When you buy the mining helot thing you get a breacher. I have a few questions regarding this:

1) Do you need Exotic weapon training (breacher) to use it without penalty?

2) Do you need 50 Strength or more to use the breacher without penalty? And if no, do you still use your normal SB for extra damage?
