I am going to GM my second WHFRP game in a couple of weeks and am planning to use the Eye for an Eye adventure. The map for the first floor of the lodge seems to be missing. Is it there in front of me and I am overlooking it?

In short, no. For some reason it's not there... Not that it's a huge pain to create your own, but it's a bit odd.

There was a map created which showed all the floors (1st, 2nd and basement), and it was posted here on the forums: www.headlesshollow.com/offsiteimages/ManorMap.jpg
