Since I have both the core set and the new Vaults, I've been going through checking and comparing all the cards, replacing ones that have been changed/fixed, and adding the rest to the decks. I've left out the extra Miscast and Insanity cards though, as they would change the balance of the mix in the decks. Not sure what to do with the Wound cards however - any thoughts?

I guess setting aside all the 'repeats' would make sense.
Or, if you're mean, maybe you could custom build a tough deck for your PCs and keep a weaker deck for your NPCs.

I'm sorry, for my first reply I mis-read your post, and didn't consider that the vaults are full of repeats, I was just thinking about adding all the new cards in. I agree there is an issue with lots of repeats of the standard cards, as some of the nastier cards from later boxes will be 'diluted.'
I decided to stick with the original Wound, Miscast and Insanity decks, but mixed all the others in (after removing any errata'd cards).
Whew, what a pain!
