It's possible that you're not actually looking for a novel, but rather the Warhammer Forge book, Tamurkhan: Throne of Chaos.

See the cover here:

It revolves around four brother chaos warlords, each aligned to one of the great chaos gods, who each set out to invade a part of the warhammer world, and start events that lead to the final conclusion of the fluff, destruction of the empire, and the end of the world in general.

The first book, shown above, regards Tamurkhan, the Champion of Nurgle, who invades the Old World of Man, tears though it, and eventually sieges Altdorf itself.

It has lots of lore regarding these events, but as stated above, it's not a novel. It's essentially a semi-official expansion to the table top wargame, introducing new units, and new rules. (essentially, what the Imperial Armour books are to 40k).

It's kind of hard to say exactly how cannon these events are. It's not 100% Games Workshop sanctioned, and it's viewed as "expansion material" to the core codexes of the table top wargame. But at the same time, Games Workshop has always worked relatively closely with Forgeworld, and some of the team are part (or were part) of Games Workshop seniority. The people working on this have stated that they personally hold this book as official cannon, so take that as you will.

It's set to release in a month or two.

It is this exactly! Thanks pal, now i will wait for it!

Heads up, if you happen to pass through this thread again.

Looks like the "epic saga" has been cancelled, and the first book will be stand alone, no longer the starting point of a series. (the initial plan was to have the saga spread over 8 books, 2 for each brother). Following books will be unrelated, the next one focusing on Brettonians vs Tomb Kings.

The book's release has been pushed back to June/July.
