Good question- I would say based on my reading of Deathwatch traning, if it's a power that you can RF with then DW Training would allow you to auto-confirm it, though it is unclear. I could easily see a GM ruling the other way, on whim if nothing else.
So long as you're using the eratta version of RF this shouldn't get too out of control

I agree with that, if using eratta RF then I would allow it to auto confirm. BtW nice choice of avatar Charmander. Now I am wondering if I should go back to the spooky eye thing.
