Sorry if this has already been asked. If it has tell me where to find it...

I was looking in the book and found modifiers for the agility bonus due to size on page 134. And there is the movement modifier you get from your power armor on page 27. So being that a SM is Hulking and wearing power armor, would a SM with a 4 Ag bonus get a 6 on the movement chart? I looked at a chaos marine in the back of the book and they only count a +1 bonus to their movement. Am I looking into it to much. Was it an oversight? Any input is helpful.

Power Armour makes Marines Hulking, so it is only +1 movement

Or rather, a marine not in power armour is normal sized, not hulking.
