Anybody know of any upcoming tournaments or play events for this game coming up in 2009 for Southern Califonia?

I don't know of anybody around here, but I would be interested. Back in '07 I tried to run a tournament at Game Empire in Pasadena, did good promotion by email from the previous versions of this board, and by store posters, offered great prizes, ZERO players showed up. I was pretty disappointed.
