Any one knows how to use this card? I have not seen the miniature or the statistics. So please help me understand this card, because I bought Hiro and I don't see the use

Theurgia is an upcoming miniature.

When it is released you will be able to use Hiro's special card. Until that time the Power Ranger will have to go on without his Giant Robo.

There is currently no indication of when Theurgia will be out.
