I found myself purchasing all 3 boxes of Battle Star Galactica today and was looking for a simple card count so I knew how many sleeves I needed to get. Since there wasn't a simple answer here I decided to offer assistance to those people who might later be in a similar situation.

110 Standard American Sleeves (Green Package), 128 Small American Sleeves (Yellow Package)
Pegasus Expansion:
82 Standard (Green), 64 Small (Yellow)
Exodus Expansion:
110 Standard (Green), 28 Small (Yellow)
Total:
302 Standard (7 Packs of Green), 220 Small (5 Packs of Yellow)
this assumes you want to sleeve every card the games come with.
