Okay, I am not sure if this has been brought up before, as I can't find it in history.

Plus I am going off memory here as I don't have my core book with me (and everytime I go home, I forget to ask.)

On the Librarian's Rank 1 Advances, there is a talent listed: Psypower (x2) if I am remembering this right. One of my players who is playing a Librarian pointed this out to me, this talent is not listed in the descriptions anywhere and we can't seem to figure out what it is for.

Any help here please.

Rules As Written. The rules as they can be read in the books, without any house rules or interpretation of the author's intent as in "well, they may have written x, but from the context it becomes clear they actually meant y".

Yeah and don't worry because you didn't get it because the book is mildly confusing about this. You just get to pick the talent up to two times for this rank (remember that you can pick them at a later rank if you don't buy them immediately). For each time you pick it, you can buy one of the Psy Powers whose requirements you meet.

The same thing will apply when you run into Sound Constitution x2 it just means can buy it twice that rank.
